Great haul @zuko. The only one I haven't heard is Sicario and since it's a score from Jóhannsson I assume it's quite good. I need to pick up that Ponyo score myself. I wish they used the image on the obi for the cover instead of what they went with. But I just love that image.
It’s a beautiful thing; the first Ghibli record I’ve owned. My boys and I watched the movie last weekend for the first time in a couple of years and were enamoured as always.
I didn’t realise this had only been pressed on vinyl for the first time this year and couldn’t believe my luck to find one unplayed, UK seller, for basically half the retail price.
That's awesome! Lucky finding it for anything less than retail and half off is even crazier. A problem I have in the US with these releases is after the initial pre-order goes up, the prices are the wild west, people start charging $15-$30 more than retail. Castle in the Sky isn't OOP but in the US I've been struggling to find a copy for under $65 even though retail was $55 on it. I finally lucked out but it took a long time. I only have a few of the Ghibli releases myself but I'm hoping to add a few more to the collection
@bub, those TD's look awesome.
