Giorgio Agazzi was a sound recording engineer at Trafalgar Studio and is credited on the original Digitmovies CD released in 2006 with "Digitally mixed by Giorgio Agazzi". I am not sure why Death Waltz changed this to remix or if it was a typo. The Digitmovies CD album lists multiple sources including what I would assume are the master session tapes as well as the Cinevox 45 single tracks (Tracks 21 & 22). The album also states the mastering was done by Claudio Fuiano. There is no mention of any remixing. Giorgio Agazzi passed in 2010.
