Charity shop finds (oxfam) mainly £3 a pop.

I hardly ever find anything in charity shops - it's all Des O'Connor and budget classical albums.....and multiple copies of The Sound Of Music obviously. I dream of walking into one and finding a box of mint KPM albums going for £2 each!!

I share the same dream DrRhythm! I think the days of charity shop finds are over unless you are a huge fan of Klaus Wunderlich or James Last. Oxfam appear to be excepted from this as the bigger ones have well organised vinyl and book depts which frequently turn up goodies.
Having said that, they all have a copy of the rare record guide and mainstream stuff is often overpriced madly as they don't seem to understand that the listings are for mint prices. Still, thats mostly not my bag and the world of OST/Library remains cloaked from their charitable eyes.

Full Circle aka The Haunting Of Julia one of my favourite scores.

Fantastic score Spence and a new discovery for me. Got lucky with a copy that sounds and looks unplayed :)

Thanks so much Walter for grabbing these for me at the Audyssey pop up shop in Austin last week.

Girl Walks is my favorite release of 2015 so far. Damn good soundtrack.

Nice, mine came in a few days ago also. It sold out pretty quick, but if anybody else wanted one, Hot Topic is doing a picture disc.

One of these records is shaped like a dish! The others are all tip top though and quite excellent!

arrived last week!

NEKROMANTIK (386/500) - the colorway turned out stunning, even if it mistakenly has black in it. the bonus 7" and postcard "flexi" really seal the deal here.

A QUIET PLACE IN THE COUNTRY - wow. i mean, wow. this is a stunning release. the gatefold cover is so sturdy and beautifully printed. the liner notes within the gatefold are abundant. the printed inner sleeve has some fantastic lobby card/poster images. the vinyl is sturdy solid black. the obi strip is printed on both sides. and let's not forget to mention the triple boob image on the inside of it. :) and the cover artwork! incredible. i must pick up the other releases in this series - LA GATTA IN CALORE, IL SORRISO DEL GRANDE TENTATORE, and KILL! i am floored by this release.

Kill! is great. I'm still waiting on the other two, it must be the Contempo 'Beat Generation' holding up the order.

Quiet Place is the biggest gatefold I've ever seen, maybe 1/3" wider than the giant Death Waltz gatefolds.

Small hole in the wall place called clockwork records in dobbs ferry, NY. Only record store in my neck of the woods, and the owner knows me as "soundtrack guy" :)

So I ordered this from Munsterama in Spain and it arrived at my folks about 3 days after I moved back to UK. I'm over visiting my parents and had totally forgotten about it. So fucking chuffed about this.

@chuck: nice find the Blood Is Red Box, I have it and it's so cool to have all these vinyl in glorious gatefold covers! ;)

And like Bon Scott said..."if you want blood...you've got it!" :D

And it's numbered! ;)

Since I started the store I haven't really 'bought' anything but after a cracking DFP (episode 3 coming soon) I popped into the Diskery in Brum and scored these ummm greats?

Enjoyed this very much as a youngster & even though it's mostly songs over score I still remember it being a lot of fun.

Easily one of my favourite Kurt Russell movies & actually just a stellar film.
Again mostly songs but for £2 worth it for the odd couple of score tracks.

Been on a real Goldsmith kick recently, trying to fill in the many, many gaps and saw @static (I think?) post this a little while ago.

May have the worst cover in history but happy to have in the collection.

@TAG that was me spinning Rent -A-Cop. Great score for an unbelievable science fiction film in which Liza Manelli is a successful prostitute. ;)

@static - is that how it makes itself a work of fiction? ;)

I've really been getting into the lesser known Goldsmith stuff, the guy is beyond prolific.

Other than this flight of fancy it's a thriller. :)
