I can supply some cold water. On my shipping notice, the tracking link doesn't work. So it looks like it is doing shipping prep, but it hasn't taken the package to the post office yet. For the Ghibli LPs, I had my shipping notice for a month or so before it was actually shipped. So while it's a great, and surprising, sign that we got the notice, we can start celebrating once we see more shipping movement.

I'm going out in a limb here and saying they're shipping. Here Comes The Devil was rumored to have been done for a while now and we know that Blue Sunshine is pressed because they had the variant at the screening last week. Being that most of what they sell hasn't been pressed or printed when it's listed, it makes sense that these are going straight out. Tales From The Crypt and Halloween variant both shipped right away if memory serves. It's just unusual.

Truth be told I'm getting royally pissed about the length of time it takes for things to be dispatched & then the length it supposedly takes to arrive.

I ordered from Deathwish Inc (Converge) last Tuesday and my order has already arrived.

How come it's a week for one company and 2 plus for others??

If I'd paid for express shipping then I'd understand but this was normal USPS air mail.

I'm not 100% certain if being international affects your placement in Mondo's shipping queue, but I do know that as of the Halloween drop, with few exceptions, they ship out the smallest orders first and work their way up from there. So if you ordered one LP, yours will ship before someone who ordered two and so on.

I'm in Canada and I didn't receive a shipping confirmation yet either. But I ordered multiple items, I expect I'll receive an email at some point requesting additional shipping money, as I placed it all in one order.

I just wanted to relay some positives feedback to my VHS mistake that Mondo took care of very rapidly and efficiently

Sorry if this may be redundant for those who were paying attention to the posts but this is for those who skipped the posts and would care to know about Mondo's customer service


I posted here for sale a "Blue Sunshine" VHS from Mondo that my wife ordered by mistake and not knowing the type of hassle I may be in for trying to return through Mondo...I have never dealt with Mondo on a customer service level so that was an assumption - The post was hit with a few "get in touch with Mondo" messages all being positive - I did and it was settled in a matter of days with the VHS being taken off the order and the $25 credit to my account with absolutely NO hassles what so ever - So in the end don't be afraid to ask...you may just get what you want
