I have always loved this film and franchise, but I admit to not spending enough time with the original score. This release fits pretty well with Mondo's recent vintage scifi releases. Another Goldsmith that should really be in my collection.

No idea, my sleeve was a dud, so I put the jacket in the mail and am waiting for the replacement. What does it sound like?
I suspect there must be some way to swap out the little disc battery if it dies? At first I was like "cool!" but the more I think about it the more on the fence I am about this particular packaging gimmick. They did package it properly though (records in the back not pressed right up against the chip) unlike the "I Love You, Honeybee" run that was notoriously warped because of the sound chip.

Mine was broke as well just got my replacement today.. Just says "mama" when they find the baby doll.
