It's a bit of a side-effect of smallish, internet-based operations with desirable product that this can happen - and when it does people moan a bit. To castigate a company that's still growing for spending more money on licencing great music and making interesting products from that music rather than investing straight away on huge servers is a bit harsh.

I'm sure WaxWork didn't anticipate the traffic they got today. They're popularity has obviously grown since Day of the Dead. They're doing what they can to fix the problem before there is one. I don't understand the negativity towards WaxWork when all they are doing is getting it right before they drop the album. Big deal if we have to wait a while to pre-order something we won't get until the end of January anyway.

Man! I know I told one guy to stop bitching but this really sucks! I have been happily refreshing for over 4 hours and now have to go to work ;-( Still no link. Now some other person who happens to sign on at the right time may get my copy. Sad day Waxwork. My vote is you call it off for the night, get your servers right and start up tomorrow. Give the people who really care, that have spent a lot of time today trying to get this a chance to get it.
