me and my friends from Revius made this list of the 25 best soundtracks from independent films this 2014. It's very hard to say when a film it's independent or not, but we give it a try. There are 2 chilean soundtracks on the list, one that it's very famous (the dance of reality of alejandro jodorowsky) and the other one I highly recommend you to give it a listen (el vuelo de los cuervos).
Greetings from Chile
Pablo

no ghostfires. It's really an awesome soundtrack.
Sebastián has put it online for free, anyway. I hope some day we will have a soundtrack label here in Chile. There's a lot of good soundtracks around.

By the way, are there any Chilean soundtracks available on vinyl you'd recommend? I don't know anything about Chilean films.

Yes, thank you @pabloeterovic for the list. I'd much rather read a list about soundtracks I missed out on, or never heard from foreign/independent films than more lists about the same stuff this board has been talking about for the entire year.

I wish some of the labels on this board would take notice of this amazing soundtrack from Sebastian Marin for El Vuelo de los Cuervos! It sounds incredible. Beautiful, mysterious, and a very calming listen. I can't believe no one has been willing to release this on vinyl yet. It would be a good fit for Milan Records I would think.

I too would take any suggestions you have on other Chilean soundtracks that have been released on vinyl.

Hi guys! It's really nice that you show some interest in chilean films and soundtracks.
Sadly, soundtracks it's a very small market here in Chile. We have a couple of excelent composer (Juan Cristobal Meza, Miranda & Tobar, for example), but if they get a chance of release their work on CD, then they're lucky.
I will begin sharing some chilean films in the future. At least you can listen the soundtracks on your computers.

Ok, but what about soundtracks from the 60's to the early 90's? There must some Chilean soundtracks available on vinyl. Do you know of any of them?
