So i was listening to the Twin Peaks season 2 stuff today on my way to work, and this song came on and instantly reminded me of the love theme from the first Mad Max, which i had been watching a lot of lately for obvious reasons. i don't have the Mad Max OST, so i was trying to look on You Tube, and the nearest i can find to the theme i'm talking about is the bit in "the Beachhouse"
Am i nuts....I'm at work so i can't give it a really clear listen, but i swear its the same if not very similar melody lines. planning on trying to have a better listen tonight, but what do you guys think?

I have been in this business a long time. Now if I don't want to do a show, it's not because I got stage fright. It's because some creature from beyond doesn't want me to do the show. Now gangway.
