Hey disco, what pressing of Nosferatu is that? i love that soundtrack, but the pressing info and track listing thing always confuses the hell out of me. I know the title music and some other tracks are actually off of "Brüder des Schattens – Söhne des Lichts" , and thus not on this records, correct? (they are included on the digital re-release from a few years ago though) i've also never seen that cover for the vinyl edition, UK pressing i'm assuming?

Or is this the rebranded "Brüder des Schattens – Söhne des Lichts"? 4 tracks, 2 of which are in the film.

Oh why must they make it so confusing...(hint hint labels, feel free to try and reissue a combined version of this... i'd buy!)

Yep, this one sure is confusing! It does seem that most people agree, the 2004 release which combines (most of) the two separate Nosferatu LPs is the most complete edition....even if many of the tracks have nothing to do with the film!

Thanks @Vapour - I have actually been following your recent exploits with the Bruton CDs, they look absolutely stunning! Unfortunately I completely culled my CDs and went "full wax" a few years ago....no exceptions! I do see the odd Bruton LP in the wild, but never know which ones are the real gold. My local charity shop has a few right now actually - I only recall that one of them is titled "Novelties" and another is by Laurie Johnson...who I really like, but from the track titles I assume are all kinda military themes. Not really my bag!

It's actually 2 discs, out of 6 total discs in the set ! it's 75$CAD on amazon.ca, which is around 65$US I think. It might be worth checking if you can get it from there. I think it's more expensive from amazon.com right ?
