You may not be aware that french label Seventeenrecords is about to release a limited edition vinyl of MARTYRS & RED NIGHTS soundtracks (this is a split vinyl containing both movie scores), by the band Seppuku Paradigm.
Individual set are allready sold out, but you can still pre-order the combo pack (combining RED and BLACK vinyls) so you will received a bonus 7" (score from the movie Eden Log) and both LPs will be numbered and signed by the artists.
Don't sleep, only 79 copies left !

I've paid for the combo pack in may 2012. Some people already asked for a refund because they think it's been too long. I'm patient so I'm waiting for them to print the vinyls but it's a bit annoying that it takes so much time to complete the project.

I paid too last year...every two months I write on their facebook and every time seems that the release is imminent... I hope they will release the vinyl before the end of the summer... :/

I don't want to defame anyone (well, a bit, though) or say it's a scam but the guy behind Seventeenrecords has some fishy reputation and it seems this project is one more proof of it.
I visit frequently another board (a French punk one) and the label who helped to finance the pressing of both records had no news of Seventeenrecords for months and thought they used all the money (his and Ulule users) to finance some film magazine project. The label since officially left the vinyl project without having its money back.
I asked for a refund 2 months ago, the Seventeenrecords guy said he was gonna do it and I'm still waiting.
So... at your own risk.

Wish I'd read all these posts before getting over excited. I just purchased the pack myself but something didn't feel quite right about it. So I agree with John above. Purchase with caution - I feel like I've just thrown away 55 euros!

For the first time with a seller I always ask before buy and I've never received a reply from Seventeenrecords. Sounds bad.

What I understand is that he'll discuss with the artists (more than a year after everyone paid for it, really ?) in order to launch the production at the end of the month, after the release of another project of his, not that it will be released at the end of the month.
So professionnal.

I paid out for this earlier in the year and decided enough was a enough. No updates no news anywhere on the net. After an email I sent about doing the right thing if you have any principles etc.. I got a full refund, which I never expected to see again. They still seem convinced it is going to be released and say buy it when it's out! I will certainly be a bit more cautious when ordering from relatively unknown sites. If they owe you money, just send a few emails.

A translation of the last comment from La Face Fachée on the Ulule page (2 months ago), who co-financed half of the project, if that can help :
"We are the 27th of August 2013 and the project is still not finalized.
We still haven't got any refund despite the promises from Seventeen.
We lost 1850 € (and without our participation, both project wouldn't have come to an end).
Ulule has no power on this situation.
These projects are scams !! David has put a lot of money in his pocket...
But it isn't over..."

Hi guys.
I've been trying to reach out Seventeen Records sending mails to the 2 mails that appear on this thread, and both of them were rejected (no delivery addres). Any other way I can get in touch with them?
I really want my money back.
