Hey guys. I am not quite ready to purchase a table yet, but I was wondering if you all could help me out with the choice of a table. I am leaning between these two. When I am ready, my budget is about $600. These are under my budget actually, but I could always throw on a better needle. I am actually in love with VPI, but they are out of my budget unless I could find a REALLY great deal on the Traveler or someone was wanting to unload their old one. Anywho, what are your thoughts? I am open to other suggestions too, but I thought I would bounce these two off of you guys.

$600 is certainly enough for a good player. Have fun shopping!

I have the Music Hall mmf 2.2 and I love it. I upgraded the platter to the clear acrylic Acri-Plat which is supposed to cut down on noise, but also looks cool

It gets great reviews for a turntable of its quality and low price

Thanks! I checked out that other thread too. Helpful stuff. I am hoping to go to a VPI launch party later this month. Not that I can afford anything, but it should be fun. I'd like to go to the audio festival out in Denver sometime! I think that would be an awesome way to really take a look at all the turntables and audio equipment!
