One Way Static (OWS) is promoting a 7" EP entitled,'La Puntura Velenosa Della Notte' composed & performed by Matthew Akers. The record is being put out by Death Wound Records according to OWS.

I thought it looked pretty sweet so I ordered a copy.

I tried doing a search to find out more about Death Wound Records, but I couldn't find anything. Any info on Death Wound out there?

I'm beginning to think that this is just some clever side project for Spencer over at Death Waltz. Death Waltz, Death Wounds... what next, Death Cuisinart?

Yeah, they're a really cool cult-film/metal etc zine that happened to put out a 7" as well. Hopefully they'll release more records, I like what they do.

Ah I see... I went to the website (ugh) and I must have overlooked the record in question. I just saw a bunch of stuff with grim reapers on it.

The zine is done 80's-90's old school with handwritten text, cutouts, etc.

The 7" is in a nice sleeve, black vinyl - I have not dropped the needle yet to determine pressing quality.
