so finally, after a 4 month odyssey, Nell'Anno Della Luna has landed after taking a crazy sightseeing trip across europe and the states, passing the atlantic ocean at least three times. the tracking history from first sending had about 60 entries. worth the wait though.

great @Bez! nice to know you watched Colpo Rovente. that one must be really odd.

still need to watch Interrabang that you have provided lately. the score is my absolute favourite from the SP series. most probably my favourite italian score ever. that one hits the right spot for me...

Colpo Rovente is very odd. I watched an Italian version with english subs and that is a cut version. The longer English version is almost impossible to find and comes from a Greek source (probably Greek VHS rip containing embedded Greek subtitles). As so many Italian movies of its time the plot is all over the place. Barbara Bouchet is beautiful as always.
Interrabang is a fun watch. Three women exploring an island with an escaped murderer roaming around. It is no Top Sensation though. If you want to see a bonkers movie see that one. I always think of these two movies together as both have to do with a boat and a small deserted island.

dug out this fine piece recently. it is a library-records-with-boobs-on-cover-list contender and a damn good one. super solid library with all killer tracks. what were they thinking when giving it this kind of cover picture? what does all that mean anyway?? so odd and funny!

kind of overseen record i would say. not much info about it or the composer but a soundcloud clip with almost the whole record exists. peep over here...

played this excellent Montparnasse 2000 release yesterday. the cover is not spectacular if compared to other cover art from this magnificent label. the picture does not tell that this record is hiding some serious grooves besides great ambient compositions. René Costy is the man!

I've found myself in a Boneschi k hole in large part thanks to milliondollars Futureworld post only a month or so ago. Since then it and several other parcels have arrived (often from over seas) and I've been telling myself that that should do it, but then I find another journey to venture. I'm posting here because I'm in a new strange world where I want a library record that isn't catalogued on Discogs (!) I can find an old (Italian) ebay listing, a Superfly records link with a minute clip, and a popsike link stating how much it sold for. Any advice on tracking/finding something just at the edge of existence on the internet?

Nice, I've not seen that one before. Very pretty cover! I've only owned a few boneschi's , and now only two, but I can say the guy was pretty damn prolific. Apparently there is a shedload of his stuff on Spotify.

glad you were able to grab a copy of the Futureworld @sostark! that one does really not show up very often and i think it is hellishly good! as i am not too familiar with Boneschi's discography, that one you dug out is unknown to me even if the cover looks quite familiar. it appears in the librarymusicthemes discography of Broadway though. if you are seriously after that one, i suggest to enter the forum and ask for digital files in the request section. i don't request stuff myself but when i peep from time to time it totally surprises me what crazy and obscure stuff the members come up with. of course vinyl is the real deal but it might be easier to get the digital files than the record itself (i would assume...). you got a nice task now, i guess, haha!

by the way, it would be great and interesting to see you post some stuff, that you got lately...

This record doesn't really match the weather today.. grey and rainy outside, and this one is light and happy. Breezy, jazzy arrangements over a blues framework. I am not sure who the main person responsible for this group is. million, maybe you know. Roncarati, Barigozzi and Sordini are each credited on four tracks, two under their real names and two under aliases. Who knows. I guess they figured more names on the back meant someone at RAI might be more likely to listen to it?

I assume this is a test press of Sorgini's Zoo Folle? It is not yet in Discogs. And you bought it directly from Sorgini himself? For around $2500?
It looks like a legit treasure. A pot of black gold. Those labels would look stunning framed.

seen a Zoo Folle test pressing on discogs for quite some time, is it that one you got? also i know another dude who is offering this if anybody is interested. so crazy to see this going for 1250 € on discogs. just insane...

Yes that was the one @million, but we took offline and did the ole haggle dance. I have gotten some real good stuff from him over the years, Musica puccio roelens is one. If you know another test press like this you should get it! Sell the Vivere a Tokio to a prog fiend ;-)
