The Pessimist Chamber - Restless Dreams

An album inspired by the creepy score & sounds from Silent Hill. This is a great album that I recommend to anyone into the eerie ambient sounds. Also produced by TG. Didn't expect to see his name in the credits

Haha I mastered this for Tg and didn’t get a credit. Dirtbag ;)

This Planet Asia record is one of my favorite joints from last year. Pure dope.

@Inks I was able to find a copy of Super Shredder for cost. Really dig both his records with Ral. Couldn't get into the 5 O'clock album as much but it might grow on me.

Also have one of the Dj Muggs albums I've been looking for on the way. I'll post it when it lands.

Sardines is great. Apollo Brown is such a fantastic producer

Can't wait to see what Muggs you got. I was broke when the Raz Fresco & Muggs album went up, pretty bummed I missed that but hoping that I can get one at cost when it finally starts to ship as Raz isn't hugely popular

Not the most talked about Muggs album in his vast discography, but a very solid record in the Vs series. It's been oop for a while so I don't see many copies for sale so I was happy to find it for a good price. Ill Bill is one of the guys that got me into underground hip hop when I was barley a teenager downloading music on Napster.

Hell yeah, definitely on of his more underrated releases. I actually haven't listened to it in ages. Maybe I'll will this weekend. My copy of Super Shredder finally arrived. The pop up gatefold is very nicely done

Fantastic stuff.
I agree.

And I put this in the wrong place. Definitely a soundtrack.

Already have my copy in hand 😉 pictured with 2017 pressing. Don't usually double dip on albums, but had to on this one.

Billy Woods & Kenny Segal - Hiding Places

So happy this got another repress, I want going to pay $300 for a copy ever. It's one of Billy's best and I'm one step closer to owning all his albums

Nice spins! I remember buying the original pressing of Dour Candy as a blind buy back in the day on the old Fifth Element website. Great album that I need to re-add to my collection. I need to check the rest if his albums out more.

Speaking of blind buys this lot was all bought completely blind without knowing really anything about the albums.

1x Starker album and 3x Raz Fresco albums.

I have to say I'm presently surprised with all of them. The Starker record hooked my ear instantly as soon I played the first track. Never even heard of him before playing the record. Raz Fresco I saw his name around, but there is so many of these new wave boom bap guys it's hard to keep up with everyone. The Raz records sound dope though need to check out more.

I wasn't expecting this to show up today, but happy it did and put it on the player right away. Definitely not a blind buy on this one 😉

Ran Reed - Respect the Architect 92-98
Underground hidden gem 👌 OGs were becomming very hard to find and expensive.

This one is definitely worth looking into Inks if you're not familiar.

I can't stand Starker, that guy just rubs me the wrong way. He generally works with great producers though

Raz on the other hand is excellent, I highly recommend checking out his recent collab with DJ Muggs, it's one of his best. He also has two records with DiBiase that are worth giving a listen. Also check out Gorgeous Polo Sportsman produced by Futurewave, that's the album I discovered him on back in 2020. Although Raz has been around quite a while, he produced a track or two for Mac Miller back when he was like 16 years old
