@lazyben I said I don't want to get into an argument, so don't get your panties into a twist. If you read what I wrote, I said I was absolutely fine with just getting black vinyl ... in fact I was one of those to ask on these boards for a pure, barebones black vinyl.

I might have mixed up exclusives and first dibs on non sub releases, I realized after I read static's post, so if that was what got you so excited, I apologize. I am fairly new with DW releases and their sub system, and all I wanted to know was if we were able to buy releases before they were available to the public, just as are Deluxe subbers.

I hope that clears it up, but unless you calm down, don't bother responding ... i won't get into an argument with you.

To make it clear, what I wanted to know was this: Will B2B subbers also be able to get a discount, and will we also be able to buy non sub releases before they are offered on the DW site?

When I bought full sub I got an email straight away with discount code. If you didn't get that then there may not be a discount for b2b.

My panties aren't in a twist, neither do I need to calm down. I just answered your question and pointed out the inaccuracies in what you wrote as you were using them to support your argument.

I personally don't care what you get or don't get but I think it is pretty clear that you aren't actually promised anything but 6 black records and non-fancy packaging. So no discount and no actual promise on releases outside the sub. That said, given that Spencer looks after subbers and the people on this forum you should be fine with those and really shouldn't be worrying about this.

Slumber party massacre arrived this morning.
Very happy.
Also came with print set nicely packaged in a death waltz sleeve. Though it contains 3 Dannie darkly prints out of 7. So up for swaps if anyone fancys it. My other prints include zombie2, prince of darkness, room 237 & a generic death waltz logo.
The record itself looks stunning, you won't be disappointed.

Haven't received mine Slumber and prints - but this confuses me.... I had assumed that we'd receive one print for each of the releases in sub3? Is that not right?

SPM, print-set & tote, all present and correct! Lovely set! The SPM score might just be my favourite yet. Let's hope sub 4 has a score at least as odd as that one!

Great RSD releases. loved 3 of the 4. The In the Wall soundtrack isn't to my tastes, to jarring in too many places which is a shame as it has some bits which are lovely. Also could do without the massive posters, much prefer the smaller sized stuff that i can hang. Favourite of those is still Candice Tripps' let the right one in, which is still my favourite DW release.

@devilswidget - What prints did you get? Also curious about the Frizzi flexidisc. I remember Spencer saying (late last year?) it would be included with this final package. Exciting stuff.

Prints were as expected, one for each of the 6 releases of sub 3. No flexidisc
Tote bag is a near perfect fit for the 6 releases (i'm gonna use mine as a soft case to hold them all).

Ronnie - how come?
I'm very happy - prints and records look and sound great - easily some of the best in my collection. I don't recall mention of a flexi (not to say it wasn't mentioned, I just don't remember it). For me, the records and the prints are the important bit. All I want from the sub is some cool exclusive art/records, the opportunity to get first dibs on any non-sub stuff, and anything else is just a bonus. I'm pretty sure a flex wasn't on the table when I opted in to sub 3, so if one was mentioned later and then for whatever reason didn't actually happen, I don't feel let down at all.

To be fair I really enjoy the not knowing when your records arrive, I don't have a problem with that at all.
I don't wish to seem critical and have e-mailed death waltz (he's on his way to LA and hopefully pick up my message tomorrow).
I'm not going to gripe on here I'm sure it'll get sorted out for me, it always does.

The Fabio Frizzi Flexi has been hush hush, he tried to keep it a secret, but it was supposed to be coming with the final Sub 3 package. Maybe he ran into more delays? Not that I need another tote bag, but I'm looking forward to it, as I'll probably hang it up somewhere in my office. Since I'm in the US, I'm not expecting mine for another week at least.

I listened to Il Profumo Della Signora In Nero today for the first time - it's rather wonderful, but on both sides there was a lot of 'hissing' that started about half way in. It was especially bad on side two, a regular periodic short burst of 'hiss'. Found it quite annoying.

Did anyone else get this?
