Where did you buy from Phil, really want this one?

I remember seeing Vampyr a few years ago at a local independent cinema on Halloween with live music and it was a fantastic experience.

@RougeGorge : Ce n'est pas le meme score par contre, celui de Year of no light en est un different.

Thanks!! :D

Some recent buys from Discogs. I swear that website - combined with this forum - is going to bankrupt me!

Look who finally arrived! After the first copy went to Brazil, and this one went via Grenada, 3 months after ordering it finally decided to turn up.

And this, which I love. The colour is gorgeous too.

Ok , dumb question, but is this Vampyr release related at all to Year Of No Light's interpretation that came out a while back?

Voivod - War and Pain...it's the remaster on vinyl...if it sounds anything like the CD I'm stoked...that could be the best remaster ever...SO GOOD!!!

...and thanks for the heads up...rather quality check on the Pink Floyd Live in Pompeii - Sorry...can't remember who did...

Not related but its the same film.

The YONL version is more of a Dark ambient/Drone interpretation.

An equally awesome version especially if you like Sun O)))

Couldn't miss out on this one, especially after everyone's high praise for it on here.
Alas, no variant, but cannot wait to give this one a spin.
I don't know what it is about Mondo (maybe cause I'm u.k. based) but I always get more excited when it arrives at my door, the variant chance, great finish and that large M on the packaging. A few errors here and there but they do set high standards and kinda started the standard IMO, that's all. Also got this order in under 2 weeks, well done you hipsters! :) sun is shining here in sunny Brighton wish I could take the visitor with.

Also got this for my daughter's collection

Ahh, all so long ago now ;) it went well thanks man, was definitely a strange experience, everything about the show was weird: playing a live score behind the audience (who were all seated on deckchairs/horizontal) to a giant screen presentation of a VHS-quality edit of an already no-budget quirky 70s science fiction movie.....all in the huge central foyer of a science museum! I did put together a little live video of the event which I'm going to update soon now that I have more footage, think I posted a link to that in the original thread if you're interested...

Rocky IV - "Training Montage" and "War" by Vince di Cola - the essence of stirring 80s synth-grandiosity!!!

I don't care what eye rolls I get, Rocky IV has a great soundtrack. Every time I hear anything from it, I feel the need to do some sit ups!
