Hey Spencer, Any news on Slumber Party Massacre #11573? I haven't seen an update since May 7. Cheers.

Damn Spencer, keep updating the site with new material and I'll be homeless! Everyone should buy the Le Matos "Join Us" vinyl. I purchased all of their music after discovering them on soundcloud, and yet none of it has disappointed me at all! And the vinyl is hand #'d at that.

Hey VinylLOST! Le Matos IS amazing! Tell me, you found their vinyl? I've been searching for it for a while and as far as I know its no longer available.

Would love that Le Matos LP but shipping to US kills it for me :-(

Hate to say it but shipping to the UK is killing me. £22 plus £6 shipping is too much for me to splash out after last weekends spending spree. Wish it would have been up last weekend and I could have combined shipping and my subbers discount with my other orders.

"Jagjaguwar and Death Waltz Recording Company are excited to announce that they are coreleasing the soundtrack to Panos Cosmatos’ Beyond The Black Rainbow on 9/2. This supposed “lost film” from the 1980s is inspired by obscure scifi movies and classic dystopian fiction. Created by Sinoia Caves, the ongoing project of Jeremy Schmidt a disciple of longform cosmic synthesizer soundscape, and member of Canadian psychandprog pioneersBlack Mountain the soundtrack draws on inspiration from Tangerine Dream, Wendy Carlos andJohn Carpenter. Schmidt artfully navigates the various sonic sensibilities of his predecessors, incoporating touchstones such as mellotron choirs, glacial analogue synthesizer pads and arpeggiators. The result is ominously beauitful, otherworldly and terrifying.

The Death Waltz Recording Company version is exclusive to Europe & housed inside a super glossy Stoughton tip on (Casebound) sleeve complete with an Obi strip and comes on smoked clear and red vinyl with sleevenotes From Jeremy Schmidt this is a recordcollector’s record."

Hopefully this falls in the sub like Godzilla for us US subbers. If not, I will be looking for a buddy.

EXCITING NEWS!!!

I'm sure it will. Sub 4 is turning out to be a pretty good deal for US customers, as there are now two releases that we're getting that we otherwise wouldn't be able to buy (yes, I know, you can order from other shops or buddy up, but the prices are usually higher that way).

Email just sent out from DW confirms it is part of Sub 4.

Been looking forward to this one. Torn between the DW and Jagjaguwar versions though. Oddly enough, it actually works out cheaper to buy the Jagjaguwar version and have it shipped to the UK, rather than order direct from DW. :(

Ah hang on... The Jagjaguwar one only comes with MP3s. DW wins with the WAVs. Game over.
