One more guess, Libra - The Shock/Schock. Though AMS/Cinevox would seem more likely candidates to release thos.

Or maybe they will throw a SpaceLab curve ball and release a Care Bears picture disc.

A Blade in the Dark (La casa con la scala nel buio)

Or Eno's Terror at the Opera (Opera)

Prom Night is on top of a lot of folks' wish lists. I'll root for The Shining (including the complete Carlos/Eklund score), The Thing (with all the Carpenter and Morricone music together), or Crocodile Dundee.

Fidenco does make the most sense!

The Country Bears rather than Care Bears!!

its something out of sub 4 or a part of?

Actually, a proper grail would surely be something never officially released on vinyl or CD.

The Shining, Phantasm, or The Thing would be the ultimate for me.
Actually, a proper grail would surely be something never officially released on vinyl or CD.
The score for The Offering (1989)? It's just like Carpenter. Only shittier!!

also, according to the hints Spence gave regarding the last sub, we're still waiting on a release involving cannibals and a release involving outer space.

Certainly one that has never been released on vinyl before .

A grail is something you always wished someone out there had released but never did.

Otherwise it's just a record you can't afford ;)

Texas Chainsaw Massacre. With the new 4k remastered version out now, I was wondering when someone was going to release the score. AND finally get rid of mY
bootleg version.

No Evil Dead nor Hellraiser then. Ah well, I'm sure those will be repressed at some point.

Clue Round-up Time!

(Puts on his deer stalker and grabs pipe.....)

- "This isn’t for Halloween" (Spencer)
DEDUCTION: So, not NECESSARILY straight-up horror.
- "Certainly one that has never been released on vinyl before" (Spencer)
DEDUCTION: It's out there on CD.
- "This is as grail as it gets" (Seb)
DEDUCTION: It's a BIGGY!

NOT a vinyl re-issue, then.

NOT The Thing, Phantasm, The Shining, Hellraiser, Evil Dead etc...great wax we'd like to see a new (affordable) version of.

It IS a stone cold classic, currently/previously available on CD.

And biggest clue of all maybe....various forum members who recall Spencer mentioning a joint release of CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST with OWS that fits ALL of the above criteria if true!

Whadaya think, ya germs??

Btw....I did so piss-poorly in my guess the last time I started a DW surprise release sweepstake that I'm bowing out on this one.....heh heh.....

Surely it must be! Cannibal Holocaust. Everybody wanted it. Never made it to vinyl, ultimate holy grail.
I was thinking A Nightmare on Elm St with Graham Humphreys new art or maybe JC's Maniac, but yeah it is looking like CH fits both labels as well.

yes CH was never released on vinyl. and we've been nagging on this forum since the very first day for it.
I wonder if both labels will offer different versions.

^ Dude.....if only!!

One of my very favourite JC scores. For some reason, I love playing along to the main title on a toy guitar :O
