Hey @slik good look finding those record label exclusives in your local store! Sometimes Mail order s the only way!

Its clearly an issue beyond the record companies, but most try hard to minimise the impact. Invada ship that mailer inside a bubble wrap cushion!! And disney send there's in a bomb proof box!!!

Record stores aren't good enough for some people. They don't sell everything, and they don't always get things in a timely manner. MAILORDER4LIFE.

Spencer, I love your label, no doubt. But it's a fact that the Postal Service all over the world is tossing packets around. I'm sorry if this comes as breaking news for you.
I can tell you, I worked for the Postal Service 20 years ago and we couldn't care less about a "fragile/ please do not bend"-sticker/ tape.
We were there to earn our wages, not to care about some F'cking fragile sticker.

Fact is: They all fuck with our records. USPS, DHL, etc. etc.
You should consider doing as professional Japanese sellers, Spacelab9, Norman Records etc. etc. - use sturdy mailers!
If that is too expensive, please let us hardcore vinyl aficionados have the opportunity to select sturdy mailers. We could pay those extra quids.

DW registered address is 601a Roman Road, London, E3 2RN

However, with Spencers move to Margate I wouldn't send anything until you have spoke/emailed first!

Thanks for updating that Spencer. I am getting tired of reading through threads full of people having issues. I am somewhat guilty of it myself but decided this is not the place. I sent emails to another record company and got no response so I just filed a paypal claim and I was done with it. If they still don't respond after that oh well.

We need to get back to just talking about soundtracks, movies music and records.
