@Mateo and Layne

That upper left hand corner has been taking quite a bit from us over here on the upper right...I think its all the american craftsman houses...is that it? is that why you all leave?

I do love those Douglas Firs though :)

we'll be pricing things relative to what they cost us not what discogs dictates, If we can sell something for £20 because we got a good price on it we will.

We are not going to ebay to buy records to resell as it is too timeconsuming and what is the point , you can do that yourselves, we're going to dealers and wholesalers direct in japan. We struck up good contacts in Japan and are already heading back there next month to but more. We want to be known for selling Japanes pressings as well as regular stuff. We want to be offer stuff that folks dont usually get at prices people can afford. Yes some things will be expensive as we paid a lot for them but when I see folks charging £40 for an anime record that really they could sell for £25 it irks me . Percived rarity.
For instance the last time I saw the Phantasm 7" in a store it was £65 whereas ours would be £20/25.

I do miss it, Run JMC, and it'll always be home. New England: It's like old England, but newer!

And I have an extra pipe in case you leave yours at home. Now, first order of business: collect dues so we can always have a steady supply of mustache wax on hand.

@DrRhythm - that Standard Music LP (the blue one for those who don't have it) is in my top 20 lps of last year. Stunning library comp - although felt the sleeve art could have been a little better given the rich archive of graphic genius that is library LP art!

Yeah - I had been meaning to get it for ages and it's as good as I hoped!

Odd soundtrack to a 1973 German film. The best tracks are graced with the virtuoso harmonica playing of "Toots" Thielemans which lend the record a bit of a Sven Libaek flavour.

Easy swinging jazz soundtrack by Sam Butera, who led the band and played on "I Wanna Be Like You" from The Jungle Book!
