Hey Mateo, hope all is swell. I managed to pick up the reissue via JetSet records when it dropped. I love it so much. Just a tip, it's well worth checking out Visible Cloaks new album 'Reassemblage'. It takes a lot of influences from Japan using traditional instruments combined with synthetic ones. Well worth a listen if you ask me. Very interesting stuff.

That's a tough call. Both are superb

Visiting a seaside hamlet this weekend, I stumbled upon their second annual record fair. It was late in the day, and by all reports modest at the outset, so it was well picked over when I turned up. Found a couple OSTs and a few non-OST records as well. It was a fun way to burn an hour.

I love this score (and film) and this was still sealed for $10. A no-brainer.

Recently reissued and selling for $25-30. Here is a clean original for $2.

Thanks, guys. Runaway is one of Goldsmith's few electronic scores; it's really cool. I already had this, but a sealed copy was too good to pass up. I'll have a little shootout and move the "loser" along. Falcon and the Snowman is an acquired taste. Pat Matheny is a fusion/smooth jazz guitarist. He's recorded for everyone, but made his bones on the ECM label. It's good stuff.

There was another score there that I was sorely tempted by and, at $30, was the cheapest I've seen it listed. Ultimately, though, I left it behind. First World problems.

i had all Freesounds but the Understood one because for me is was always the weakest one. got a fair offer for a mint copy recently so i could not resist to grab it to complete the 'official' collection (of course the #7 test pressing is missing...). on this special occasion i made a little photo story:

@Mateo - I'll take that spare copy of Runaway. That film blew my mind when I was a kid.

In other news... the eagle has landed!

So stoked, as OG copies are up there in the unreachable stratosphere. Soft-touch finish on the gatefold with photos and liner notes in English by Fabio Capuzzo (@RedGoblin):

For the final touch, it's even a reissue on black vinyl by AMS. Thank you!

It's yours, Deaf. I still love that film. I really like a lot of Crichton's directorial efforts actually. Looker is another killer flick in my opinion.
