@Cult - Nice one! I would love to pick up any version of that LP, but it's a tough find. I'm just happy to have it on CD.
I picked up an interesting Japanese promo copy of this multi-titled sound stage massacre:
AKA: Deliria - Stage Fright - Bloody Bird
This album is arranged by Julien Pascal, Maurice Delanoe, and Pierre Louice. It opens with the 80's italo-disco track Mystery Rouge written by Pascal:
There are a couple different mixes of the original Simon Boswell & Stefano Mainetti tracks, possibly remixed by these three guys for release in Japan. Some are a bit more dancefloor-oriented, which would make sense given the opener, but there are also an equal number of orchestra and piano versions of the Aquarius theme. I'm not sure if those are unique to a Japanese version of the film or not.

There is also film dialogue and sound fx between some of the tracks, similar to the Halloween LP, including a dialogue insert in English. The original Simon Boswell tracks are not on this album, so I would recommend his Stage Fright album, as it's exceptionally good. The Deliria CD on Lucertola Media has the most original Boswell/Mainetti soundtrack material:
