Haha... sounds great. I would like to be clear though (for the sake of my reputation!) that it's specifically madness surrounding the difficulty in identifying/cataloging (and ridiculous $$$ amounts!) of library that I find to be a NIGHT. MARE, and never the often-glorious sounds ;)

Speaking of ridiculous $$$, green birds sold for $850. Although that really isn't out of line, I've seen asking prices as high as 1000€ even back in 2010. The green bird is a rare bird!

probably the most appreciated library/scoring series that i own. super heavy series for a documentary with each volume covering one topic a man had to deal with in the 70s. i would say that most of the problems still remain till today, haha! not every single record is a masterpiece but the series as a whole definitely is...

i am about to do a little review later.

really not sure how many people are into this but from my point of view a 10LP box reissue would make some people happy and broaden one's horizon...

Wow amazing stuff again @million I always remember some of this series having some killer psych sounds but the prices always being just too much, and so going forward have not paid them so much attention knowing Ill only be getting greener eyed the more I know about them. :D

so hard to pick just one. for me Traffico, Lavoro, Nevrosi (of course!) and Ecologia are irresistible. but then there's Droga, Tempo Libero, Poverta and Spazio...

i think Droga is really hard to get because that one is spread over psych and prog collections worldwide. apparently this one is selling for more than 2000€ nowadays. i think it appears in one of those Pokora books also. it is crazy because it is not the best one in my opinion. pricer for prog records being paid is another story...

fantastic cheesy sounds from the 70s. both of them used for porno flicks such as I Am Always Ready and Love Airlines. i got them from the artist himself. these are part of my under construction discogs list...the library-music-used-in-porn-movies list, haha! by now, i found 60 library records being used in porno flicks from the 70s till 80s...

i'm a sucker for those Robert Hall discs. so much good stuff hidden but so hard to come by if you look for a specific number. still got some on my want list. since the catalogue numbers are quite irregular, it is not easy to put a discography together. still, so many gaps to be filled...

would love to see this particular backing track. damn, so much stuff te be found still!

more Robert Hall magnificence...according a discogs member, these were used in Russ Meyer's 'Vixen' movie. can't say if it's true as i don't know the movie but music on this record is really good! track titles have some
unmistakable pornish sounding titles. some occasional harpsichord reminds me of Rino De Filippi. other titles like Bossa Woman are just pure easiness...played this at elase five times in a row yesterday night...

So a loooong time ago I picked up the Flexi single below off of eBay. I don't remember if it was after hearing about trunk records Flexi sex LP, or if picking up this Flexi (along with others) led me to find the amazing trunk records. Here is a link to the Flexi, now on discogs.

Vicky is very dirty indeed but I was really intrigued by the backing track, and that they were credited. Back then discogs was in its infancy and threw up zilch results. Then a few years ago some internet digging and a more mature discogs lead to me finding a separate instrumental 7" of the backing track (but no mention of Vicky)

I also found out that Lloyd Ryan's express, who did the music also produced Brit masked Wrestler Kendo Nagasaki's theme tune.

The final part of the puzzle, the porn mag that came with the Flexi was actually for sale (used :0 ) on amazon, however I thought better than to begin buying 2nd hand stroke mags :D the link is still here but somebody has since bought it.

No, unfortunately not, and the b side is not as good as Sold to the devil. What I'm curious about is if the recording was made for the porn industry, or did that deal come later. It was the first release on that obscure Dutch label 'playback records'. Did the band get some kind of gig over in Amsterdam? ;)

That LP is new to me also, may have to persue a copy.

busy christmas spin from last night. can't believe how fast everything goes. my mind is in 2019 already, hence i did not hesitate to play this most lovely Boneschi record with the matching title Futureworld. such a underrated gem! enjoyable record from start to finish. it is funny but this record and Light Electronic Scene (both on the Music Scene label) turn out to be my favourite Boneschi pieces and for some weird paranoia reasons i keep multiple copies of each...
