Well I am now £200 better off!

Will be sad if we lose the Death Waltz brand, and just trade as Monodo, but financially that would make the most sense.

If that happens maybe Repubulic of Music will become a Euro LITA?

I doubt that the store is moving to the U.S. as Spencer has set up Republic Of Music to distribute Mondo in the UK/Europe. He seemed like he really wanted to make it easier for us to get Mondo so I highly doubt that Death Waltz will completely move to the U.S.

Thought DW's main man clearly said at the time of the original Mondo announcement that both DW and Mondo labels were continuing to exist under the new agreement. In the dark on this one, maybe that's changed...

If we get good UK distro I think its great news. At the end of the day we all love what Spencer has achieved, now its a bigger organisation but he has control!

So everything that has gone before will be improved upon. Wouldnt matter one bit if it was all under one name, would make sense.

Maybe DW will just release originals and all soundtracks will be labelled as Mondo.

And look at whats already announced! its all good news, until we hear different on the distibution plans.

Death Waltz is NOT closing ....

I just spent time is Austin with Jus, Jess, Mo & the rest of the mondo Gang planning out both DW and Mondo releases for 2015/16.

DWRC isnt going anywhere.

I don't know how many times I have to say this , I have joined Mondo to run the music division , so both DWRC , Mondo and Originals.

Things will be bigger and better and we are all hugely excited about the future .

DWRC will move over to Mondo for shipping as that takes the pressure off myself and Carlos on a customer service front and you'll be able to get all your records shipped together and it will free up time for me to sign more releases and concentrate on packaging instead of answering emails about where your records are

It also means that although the DW store will move to the US , Rebuplic Of Music will be distributing Mondo records to records stores in Europe and beyond.

The distributed titles will continue although they'll be a name change (most likely 'selects') and we'll be looking to widen our exclusive titles part of the store.

You guys should know me by now , I don't do anything I am not 150% excited about & I am beyond excited for this.
