Has anyone else noticed any problems with Zombie 2 from DW? That it's simply too slow?

I always felt that the first track (the Caribbean one) was too slow for a track like that, and today I was playing the last track on side 2 (the theme) and compared it to first the themes on YouTube and then to the theme on the dvd, and the vinyl is simply going too slow - it sounds like it's spinning 27 prm or something like that...

I thought maybe there was a problem with my turntable, so I tried to test several other vinyls and compare them to my CDs/MP3s, but I didn't notice the problem with other vinyls.

The problem is with both the original Clear w/ Red Splatter and the Red repress.

Could someone check their copy and compare it to the track on the dvd (or MP3)? I want to be sure it's not me who is nuts

You are playing it at 45rpm right?
I have the black and actually played it this morning and it sounds great as always. Maybe you should send the Clear with red to me for safe keeping since that is one of the last 2 sub versions I need to complete my collection (the other is Manchester Morgue)

Man, I feel stupid... But it doesn't say that it's a 45 anywhere on the record or sleeve, and it didn't sound that slow (but apparently it was). Oh well, thanks for clearing that up

Those are the labels I have on the black as well.
Man, I want that clear with red version. I didn't order it when Spencer put the extras up cause I had just spent a ton on vinyl, now I am kicking myself for it. Oh well.

I am in the US. I have stuff you might want but the postage is brutal. I just sent 2 records to someone on here and it was $41.50 postage to the UK. Ouch.

Ah I do this all the time! I stood at the counter of a record shop listening to Jean Claude Vannier's L'Enfant Assassin Des Mouche for 10 minutes, thinking it was great, before the guy in the shop told me I'd probably like it better if I was playing it at the right speed. It was playing out of the shop speakers
