The score is pretty darn good actually. There's also no need to apologize for liking the movie. I've watched it my fair share of times over the years, and i can remember riding my bike to 7-11 to buy a slurpee and get the 3-D glasses to watch it on TV like it was yesterday .

I love the original Escape From New York sleeve. Can't beat poster art for that full "nostalgia" soundtrack experience...

Speaking of which - listening to this, in anticipation of the wax dropping next week.

@discosucks... I also think this soundtrack is amazing, haven't seen the movie yet, but the vinyl is ordered.

Right now I'm listening to this:

It's a very good "before going to sleep" spin. This and Blade Runner, and Upstream color, I think, have been the records I've listened to the most before going to sleep recently.
