I ordered the clear SPM. I thought it was sold out, too. The first time I checked it said "out of stock format" then 10 minutes or so later, I checked again for another reason & the clear was up for sale.

I remember nothing from the film but the score is pretty interesting & I like that only 3 pieces of equipment were used to create the music. I'll have to check the movie out soon...

Very cool. Thanks, Layne.
I did not make the connection that they were successfully pulled and not actually sold out.

A lot of effort has been made recently to improve everyone's experience in acquiring these titles, and I appreciate that very much. I look forward to seeing how things go once the proverbial dust has settled.

Spencer did say he asked them to take it down, but someone emailed them and they replied saying it did in fact sell out. So we probably won't know until the DW puts it back up and we'll see if LITA does as well.

Didn't think I could do the sub this time around but ended up going for the bare bones sub! Ends up being cheaper than buying from some stores in the US. Plus, I'm kinda digging the plain black, stripped down thing (like 95% of my collection) :-) such a great idea, I'm glad this was made an option. Glad I can stay a subber!

After waiting til the end of month until I had enough money to re-sub (deluxe), I find out that it's been offered to non-subbers as of Fri 25th April instead of Tue 29th. So now I've had a look and there are apparently 6 left but it won't let me proceed to checkout because it's saying there are supposedly none left!?
Yeah I've had a few to drink but I'm not happy. I've emailed Spencer re early sale to non-subbers but have not heard back. I really hope I can get re-subbed!? :(

Signed up for a deluxe sub earlier today. Very excited to be in the club!

yeah, it's stuck at 6 (of the deluxe sub) left in stock since last evening,
but i just tried to check out with it, and i also get the message:

"Sorry, we do not have enough "Death Waltz Deluxe Subscription vol 4" in stock to fulfil your order right now. Please try again in 10 minutes or edit your basket and try again. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

The Death Waltz site always gets fucked up with the last few items. I've run into that same problem multiple times.

I thought we had until the 29th to resub too and as I get paid the day before I was going to wait until after the weekend. When I saw the numbers drop yesterday I went for it as I had just enough spare cash. Hope the existing subbers who were waiting get the chance to grab it.

Just a bit of info, unless Spencer has changed his mind, he said that City Of The Living Dead and The Beyond wouldn't be part of the same Sub, so we can cross that one off of the list for now.

Update: Spencer must have cleared some of the baskets which he said he was going to do cuz I've just managed to bag a re-sub(woo-hoo) and it says 8 left. Hurry hurry!

i'm totally ok with that, just paid 70 euros for mondo's "the beyond" two months ago.

i really hope though that "fire walk with me" is included in sub 4.

I'm ok with The Beyond being in a later sub too, not really fussed about having a third version just yet unless it contains previously unreleased cues. Looking forward to seeing what DW do with the packaging though.

Those subs have literally flown off the shelf in the last 24hrs, stock numbers were dropping like a countdown clock...thank God I had a look-in yesterday and then decided to bite the bullet. I knew that they'd be popular, but even I am surprised about how quick it all went off.

I subbed as well, noticed they were available yesterday with around 70 left, but left it as the family were out and about on the last day of a holiday. When we got home I noticed there were about 30 left, so I bagged one... Looking forward to seeing them drop through the door!

Looks like I won't be subbing this time, decided to go for it quite late, 5 in stock, cannot proceed to checkout.

Just got all four Death Waltz record store day releases, and I've got to say - Spencer, perfect job on these. They are amazing. Packaging, vinyl colors, strip, music - everything is just exactly how you would want it to be.

hudpitch don't give up! I felt like that hours ago and managed to bag one eventually. I think some old carts get emptied and a couple more become available and the site clears. Keep on trying man you know it'll be worth it ;)

If a current subber can't get back in and wants to, I'll give mine up. You'll just owe me a favor bwahaha your soul. But seriously I'm ok with it. We can quell it out with Spence, I'm sub #108 I think.

Any subscribers got their final package for sub 3 yet? Email earlier this week suggested they were posted on Wednesday. I've not received anything yet.

Finally taking a few hours to listen to some records, and felt compelled to publicly exclaim my complete LOVE of The Perfume of the Lady in Black RSD LP. I've never seen the film or heard the music before this morning, and the LP has sent me on a wonderful, emotional, and beautiful trip within the confines of my own mind. The other releases this year are all worthy as well, but this one in particular seems to hit me in all the right places. I particularly love the consistency of the theme throughout - while at the same time driving itself way off course and returning back again.

Wow 4000days what a great review, I can't wait to hear it now myself! (copy arrives in a week or so) From what I've seen of the DW RSD releases they all look to be some of the most beautiful release yet!
I can't wait for SPM (hasn't dropped yet) and so happy to be subbed up for Vol 4 :)

I've just been to HEAD in Leamington Spa - they still have a copy of Bronx Warriors and Degradation of Emanuelle (2 copies, I think) - plus House by the Cemetery for 13 pounds. They also had a copy of the Last House picture disc for 23 pounds. Some are in the soundtrack sections; others are in a section for leftover 'RSD' stock.
