Let the right one in is an absolutely brilliant soundtrack. Its one of my favourites not just from DW but period.

@Mateo Sanboval : thanks for the news, my copy of Manchester Morgue is a little bit noisy, hope a black vinyl for this one. For the others, maybe some unreleased tracks, especially for Zombi 2 ? :) waiting impatiently this fall 2014 :)

Man, I got mine, opened it and thought "Just clear green? Meh." Then turned towards some light and thought "HOLY SHIT!" It looks so awesome.

Finally got round to listening to The Bronx Warriors at the right speed, meh! :) Only listened to it about 5 times at 33RPM - Sounds great whichever! 45!

@Dagar I did the same thing with Room 237, thought it sounded awesome, really dark and moody. Then realised I got the wrong speed. Changed speeds and wasn't sure if i liked it as much as the slower version! ha.

I do listen to it on the proper speed though and it is fantastic.

Also SPM arrived today, and is another excellent soundtrack.

@philball Yep, Room 237 is great, even better on the right speed! Another I played to death at the wrong speed was last years DW RSD release of Yellow by Anton Maiovvi (IMO one of DW best releases last year after Maniac) also dark n menacing.
Slumber arrived this week too - nice finish all round.

Just a quick question for anyone who picked up Ms. 45 from the Death Waltz webstore.

I ordered a little while ago and not had anything send through regarding a download link. Nothing on my account page either. Was yours generated automatically or was it emailed by a site admin like Spencer later on?

The Ms 45 page says"To thank you for purchasing direct you will receive not only an immediate digital download of the score to Ms.45..."

Mine was received in a separate email the next day. However, I purchased the day it came out so they probably had a lot going on. You will probably receive a faster turnover.

Thanks Brentonwalte. I'll keep an eye out for it coming through. I guess there's different degrees of "immediate" ;)

I bought Slaughter House Massacre recently from the DW store and wandered if anyone would know when I would receive the Digital copy?

The link should be in the Order Complete email receipt, the link to the file is under the item name.

Received my RSD bundle today. These colours all look amazing. Now the horrendous wait to finish work so I can go listen to them. Roll on tonight.

hello everybody, this my first post in here. will write a short introduction soon when i get a minute.

i have a question about Slumber Party. managed to grab a glitter-green sub version but i was feeling like the sound is really weak with a lot of pops, can anyone confirm this? is it possible that the glittering particles in the vinyl cause background noise?

Mine had a ton of static which needed removing as it was causing lots of noise. The actual pressing is fine.

Glitter seems like it could lend itself to a lot of noise. But I was surprised that it sounds pretty clean.

But I run all records new and old through a record doctor V cleaning machine, and helps tremendously,

I never play vinyl without using an anti static cleaning brush first.

My spm plays clean although I'm not overly anamoured with it.

SPM is brilliant, I love it. It was done an old casio synth! When I was a kid I used to make horror films on Super 8, and used a similar synth (Borrowed from my sister!) to add some music to my films... I used to play the film through the projector and record myself just playing random stuff with two fingers... Hilariously bad! Didn't have a clue about music.

Be warned: it's *really* bad. I'm not just saying that! It's borderline unwatchable and the sounds crap. I think I recorded it straight to the magnetic strip of the Super 8... Not really sure anymore, it's so long ago!
