Any chance a few copies of Le Matos could make it over to LITA for us stateside folk? Excellent LP, but yikes, that price with shipping is killer.

it's 12907, I'd like to add Le Matos if I can save some on shipping. Is that possible?

Yea I've been eyeing the Andrew Liles album for a bit, but haven't pulled the trigger due to shipping as well

I'm telling you guys, that "Le Matos" album is amazing! If you ever find their album "Coming Soon", Grab It!!!! Very talented. I discovered Le Matos on "Soundcloud" jamming on the DW site, then went straight to their Bandcamp and snagged all I could, find the "Kiyoko" single, mind blowing stuff!

Apparently, I cannot purchase anything from the DW site. I live in thet US,as well as a deluxe Sub member. But pretty much everything I want, I add to my cart and says it is "an invalid address". I just tried to purchase "Andrew Liles-The Maleficent Monster LP, it will not let me order it either, what gives?? It says nothing about not delivering to the US, or if you live I the US order at this or that site. It's just simply for sale with no restrictions to the folks in the US. I really want a copy of this, but it seems I'm out of luck again. Man this is a bummer.

@Spencer -

Thank you for partnering to release Beyond the Black Rainbow. Along with a couple of Japanese soundtracks and of course Buckaroo Banzai, this is one I've been wishing to see on vinyl!

Same Here...also in the US and when I tried to order it said unable to ship. Wondering also because I just ordered last week and everything was fine...maybe just certain items?

Hi, I've experienced the same but I live in the UK. Think it may be a glitch on the site or with this particular album. Had the same issue with Godzilla but created a new account and it worked!?. Can't seem to do the same here though.

yeah whenever shipping is more than 50% of an item's price, it just feels like a bad deal.

Need both Le Matos and Andrew Liles at LITA. $30 for shipping is a bit too steep for me

Had a listen to the Andrew Liles (being really attracted by the sleeve art/theme, of course!) and on first hit of the samples I'd have to say it's not for me unfortunately. Shame :(

@disco - yeah, I can't understand the current interest in Liles. He has been making uninteresting noise for years. If you want weird noise, experimental drone, or musique concrete - Christoph Heemann makes great stuff. I'm almost tempted to say the last couple of Liles records have gained attention only because he is using horror art/style for album covers. But to each their own!

It was actually the sound of those samples that put me off, more than the composition really - very clean/unorganic mixes, which is quite a mis-match to me considering the sources used...and on those, I checked out his mix which supports the LP concept and it turns out to be a very, very standard/down-the-line classic selection of genre/cult film themes. Not to sound like a snob or anything, apologies if that's how it reads - but just way too obvious and on-the-nose for me to be invigorated! :/

Anyone else noticed that the shipping prices for the UK don't seem to reduce for certain multiple items?

For example, when bought separately:
Beyond The Black Rainbow - £5 shipping
Le Matos - £6 shipping

Buy both together and the shipping is still £11.00. Seems a bit pricey to me if these are both coming from the UK, or is it because these distributed titles are being shipped separately, maybe abroad?

Id have to agree with @MODAREC, DW P&P policy can sometimes feel a bit prohibitive, especially when a lot of places will do free delivery if spending £50 or more and in actual fact I always do that when buying from Norman and Boomkat.

I appreciate DW are not a record shop, but when you see the shipping going up and up it can feel like a bitter pill.
