Ricochet is brilliant. Would follow up with Stratosfear, but theyve all got something to offer. The 70s darker dronier stuff is the best though.

@ben: yes, I was about to ask them news a couple of weeks ago but then I've seen on their facebook page the picture of the vinyl packages arrived from the pressing plant! Inside the package they have added an extra print and a signed message to apologize for the delay. I have to say top notch release and superb sounding quality! I'm more than happy, great project (and a must for any Blade Runner fans like I am!)

One of the local shops were having their semi-annual sidewalk sale, basically boxes upon boxes of 50 cent records (some hidden gems, mostly G/VG records though, but it's always worth it). Anyway, I walked in with my stack and up on the wall were several soundtracks. For my budget, I had to pass on From Beyond and Dark Crystal, but had to grab these two, as they've been on my wish list for a while. I have always loved the Conan score, so enjoyable to listen to. And even though I have two DW copies, I couldn't pass on an original EFNY (at least it has a slightly different tracklisting.

Edit - just listened to EFNY and was shocked to hear a piano playoff at the end of "Everyone's Coming To New York", as both the Death Waltz vinyl and the expanded CD version just abruptly stops.
