@waxwork

That's good to know and appreciated (even if I did personally miss out on the latest release through unavailable shipping shenanigans). Look forward to whatever is up next from you guys - but no rush, still enjoying the Friday 13th I've just received.

Enjoyed the mix and the interview. I appreciate that WW releases don't come out constantly, and I am very much on board for 2015 and beyond!

is anyone else having issues with their account not loading up on WW website?

I could be wrong but it seemed to me like they did an overhaul like Mondo recently did. I did the whole "forgot password" deal and it said that my email didn't exist on their end so I just remade my account.

I've had to remake mine the past two times I've ordered with trick r treat and with this one. :/

It's probably because they keep upgrading systems and/or moving service providers with all the big drops. Many times it is easier to just start from scratch on a new system rather than pay for the old data to be migrated.

Do waxwork records respond to messages? I'm still trying to get the poster I ordered from them at the end of September. Since they had it for MondoCon figured it was on hand. They haven't responded to any of my messages via website or via email receipt. It's getting pretty silly. I'm about to take the drastic (IMO) step of contacting Paypal to get my money back - which is insane.

I've bought several releases from them with no problem, but it's pretty disheartening to get no responses at all. It's not that hard to respond, surely? Am I expecting too much? ;-/

You are not, but wacky things do happen. Everyone here has had an experience or more like this and, often, it turns out to be a simple case of message not received for reasons beyond anyone's understanding. That said, try contacting them from a different email address or, if you're using the "contact" form on their website, email them directly from your email client (or vice-versa). Alternately, you could reach out on Facebook or Twitter. A lot of folks get responses through social media. Waxwork doesn't comment on here very often, but I'm not sure how often they read posts so I'd wager any of the aforementioned avenues would be more direct than here. Bon chance!

I've tried traditional methods. I guess I could try twitter or something, but I'm not sure what the point of a contact form on the website is since they don't answer them (or an email address since I tried that too). I could imagine a wacky thing if I tried just once... but I've tried three times now. Sigh! Oh, the ways to run a business...

I obviously have no insight whatsoever is going on at Waxwork HQ, but I have seen numerous "Company X isn't responding to my multiple email posts" where it turns out that either the customer's inquiries or the company's responses were going straight into a junk folder for no discernable reason. That's why I suggested sending from an alternate email. Anyway, best of luck again.

"The long awaited Re-Animator re-press on lab coat white and reagent green swirl are finally here. Available Thursday!" (Waxwork)

I wonder if they'll expand the sleeve and artwork, or if it's just going to be the same but a different color? I'd maybe grab this one if there's expanded artwork or liner notes.

I really like that vinyl color mix! This will hold me over until I can find/afford a glow-in-the-dark version. I'm also curious to see if there will be any difference in sleeve/artwork. Were there any differences in the DoTD repress?

No differences in Gary Pullin's art, but the jacket and inner sleeve are a nicer, heavier stock with a satin coating. And, as you see, the new vinyl color is white and green swirl.

DOTD was a straight re-press with new colored wax.

Love that green and white, but the improved packaging sold me on trying to pick this pressing up.

Ditto, I'm all in for this repress. I held off on picking up an original just last week, so this is very timely for me.
