Do you guys know which version of Assault on Precinct 13 is pressed on brownish colour and vanilla vinyl, kind of a split colour design but not half'n half, more like random patches of brown and vanilla? I ordered Vanilla Twist but got this weird looking one and can't seem to find that version anywhere on site or on google. If you folks don't know what I'm talking about, I can snap a photo of it.

I just had the same thing happen with Assault on Precinct 13. Bought it last night at my local record shop completely thinking it was just the normal vanilla version and when I opened it this morning I was shocked when it was the sub version. I hear of stuff like this happening but this is the first time I've been the lucky one.

I didn't even know there were special versions for subscribers.

I loved it when I was at the studio, I did not remember what I ordered, well I knew the release but completely forgot the colours of it, so after opening the package, I was pretty pleased with the looks of it.. Then I got home and checked out my order online and remembered what I ordered then I was disappointed for not getting the blood splatter one. After asking here and getting the info on it, I was happy again..

It's a funny thing how you perceive things when you know nothing about them.

My girlfriend on the other hand, said "who cares, it's pretty" after I found out it wasn't the blood splatter.. lol

dont know if we ever got confirmation, or if there was ever even an official announcement saying today is the day of the go-live at mondo and the DW 7" drop. last i saw was the January 3rd date from the sub email.

Hopefully today is the day though!
