@TAG, nice! I enjoy the Varese Sarabande over the Mondo release.

@tim - I kind of have a love hate with the Mondo version.

I like the press regardless of the source I just prefer the original sleeve & the fact it's on one lp.
The score isn't long so didn't really need to be split.

This is one I manged to get pretty cheap & is virtually mint so very, very happy.
Would still like a Varese copy at some point.

@TAG, your German edition was licensed through Varese so it's virtually the same. track listing is the same as mine.

Yeah we would never do that , I would love to help him get these officially released as they are so good.

@tim - I did see that on the back of the sleeve.

I'm just a big Halloween movie fan so try to collect as much as I can :)

That's quite rare version of McCain, did you pay much for it?

That's the USA boot from the late 70s that was taken from either the original Italian or French lp release. Same outfit also did WHEN WOMEN HAD TAILS with the same light brown color cover.

Without this website and you guys, I wouldn't have known about this deal on Ebay. Thanks! Got Mr. Young to sign it for my 2 year old son. Maybe one day he'll love it as much as I do :)

With all the Carpenter love going on, has anyone else picked up this great-sounding LP from old school analogue synth quartet S U R V I V E, out of Austin, Texas...?

Limited 2015 edition of 50 copies at a bargain 15 Euros on Mannequin Records. Mine came without the band's name stamped on the front - unlike the pic in the link below - does that make it less or more covetable? ;)

Worth listening on Soundcloud:

I bought a 2nd hand Mike Oldfield box set yesterday. Includes Tubular Bells and three other LPs.

Not sure how I feel about this turn of events yet. Will let you know.
