@Nathan: about the mastering I don't know but I think that it is the same source supervised by Simonetti himself. The tracklist order it's slightly different and on the upcoming Rustblade lp there's a bonus track: Demon's Lounge (Previously Unreleased Song)

Here's the tracklist from the Horror Box:

and this is the announced Rustblade's tracklist:

Tracklisting:
SIDE A
1. Demon
2. Cruel Demon
3. Killing
4. Threat
5. The Evil One
6. Out of Time
7. Demon (Reprise)
SIDE B
1. Demon's Lounge (Previously Unreleased Song)
2. Demon - Demo Version - 1985
3. Killing - Demo Version -1985
4. Demon - Demo played on Piano - 1985
5. Demon - Simonetti Horror Project version - 1990
6. Demon - Daemonia Live Version 2002

Needless to say that the original 1985 album have other original music (Motley Crue, Saxon, Billy Idol, etc,..) which will never be reissued in any form on a Demoni soundtrack (copyrights expired).

I already ordered the Ultra Limited Deluxe version thanks to your previous post Maxvelvet. Thanks for the heads up!

Do you know if the variant of vinyl of 666 copies is the same as the ultra deluxe one? In the description of that release it states: Deluxe Ultra Limited Bag (100 Copies Only) Contains : Blue Trasparent Vinyl (only 100 Copies made)

Or is the the same transparant blue for both editions?

@Bezulsqy: you're welcome! ;)

The 2 vinyl were announced as different color; an italian source said also that the 100 copies ("bag edition") are in exclusive "green vomit" color and the other 666 copies multicolor vinyl. Now there's a bit of confusion because the 100 copies became "blue transparent" vinyl but the blue vinyl image appeared instead on the the regular vinyl edition. I'm sure that Rustblade will enlight us! ;)

Thanks for the info. I would have liked the Ultra Edition to have an even more limited variant, but I think the overal package is great. Looking forward to this one!

Uhm, I think it's gone... was sold exclusively by Rustblade...anyway you can order the vinyl+tin and you're only missing the bag, the signing on the poster and maybe a patch. I've seen the tin live and it's really cool! ;)

By the way, if anyone is looking to order the lp is the US and save on shipping, a bit of sleuthing tracked it down on Barnes and Noble's site. :-)

I just got this today and it's all pretty cool except that the record has a scratch and is scuffed to hell on side A.

I'm listening to it now and it sounds alright except for some surface noise, some cracks here and there. It's a shame this is one of my favorite movies and soundtracks. I also wish that that the vinyl was numbered on the sleeve and not on a sticker on the plastic wrap.

I probably won't send it back because it'll be too much of a hassle to ship overseas.

remixes are pretty cool, there are some nice ebm renditions along with more industrial electronic stuff, I really didn't expect anything from this bonus cd but it's a great addition to the package! ;)
