@texaswax: i can see a lot of these unplayed "leftovers" floating arround which are all great. so beautiful music. shame they could not unearth the really raer ones within the haul that was found recently.

A bit more of a musical groove here...a bit more melodic, the occasional coherent drum line, etc. Of course with plenty of characteristic Gruppo oddity and noise. I think they only made 350 of these, so I wouldn't sleep for too long if you want a copy.

I added this Gerardo Frisina record to a recent order pretty much as a blind buy. A short audio clip sounded cool, and the Schema label has just been killing it lately, so why not, right?

Anyway, this is a jam! Instrumental jazz funk stuff that has a serious groove! There's a definite Latin feel to it, too. If you like funky/Latin jazzy instrumental groove music you should check this guy out. The pressing is a monster too, loud clear & punchy.
