Spun - Spillers in Cardiff have confirmed they'll have SHOGUN in, presumably it's the same for rest of UK.

@filmsonwax - that's interesting, guess we'll see how things pan out this weekend and the days that follow.

What do others have on their wish lists? For me it will be a mixture of OST and non OST. In combination potentially wallet busting!!

Bit of a mix for me

Priorities
Big Bad Wolves
Mark Morriss/Matt Berry split
The Waterboys - Puck's Blues
Bob Dylan - Basement Tapes Mono - but I think it's US only

Possible extras
Night Satan
Spasmo
30 Days of Night
White Stripes - Get Behind Me Satan (but I think it's probably over-priced at £45)
Sun Records curated by RSD vol 2
Otis Redding - Otis Blue

I've had to really fuck around with my list due to money and availability, but this is mine:

Shogun Assassin LP
Johnny Cash Live in Prague LP
Psycho 7"
The Doors Strange Days LP
Power Glove EP

There's not a lot else that really interests me that I can afford. The Springsteen reissues are nice, but I can't really stretch to them.

@filmsonwax,

I don't know how much the Springsteen reissues are, but I'd imagine £25-30 each (assuming The River will be the higher price). I can only imagine these are the same pressings as the box that came out last year. I picked it up for about £105 for all 7 albums, and I've seen it go as low as £80 on Amazon UK (which was quite annoying when I've only actually played 'Darkness' so far of the 7 albums in the box). Unless you only wanted a couple of them, the box seems far better value, though still a fair chunk of money to spend on records at once.

@spun, I feel the same. Looks great, but at £18 per 7"? I tend not to buy too many 45s, but comparing it with a similarly limited 7", the Angela's Theme Tri was about £8 or £9. I couldn't justify the price of the box to myself, though I think a few releases this year look over-priced by comparison with previous years, or other limited pressings.

I am hoping to pick up Shogun Assassin and Big Bad Wolves. I doubt I will see the Cinevox box set over here, but it's been an expensive month already! I already have a copy of the Spasmo LP inbound from Europe.

It's worth noting the Gainsbourg LP contains music from films scored between 1958-63, so the 1970s Serge on the cover may be a bit of a red herring. That's not to say this doesn't contain excellent music, it does: "L'eau à la bouche", "Les loups dans la bergerie", "Strip-Tease", "Comment trouvez-vous ma soeur?" and more! Just don't buy this if you're expecting it to contain '70s Jean-Claude Vannier clavinet drenched Serge scores.

The Gainsbourg is another Doxy bootleg so I'll pass... Will probably sound like crap too, sourced from different sources with no overall equalising like they always do with comps.

The original non boot is a grail , you'll get this easly , there 4000 being pressed , can't see it selling out no matter how amazing it is. I wouldn't worry. It is a thing of beauty though

If anyone can grab extras of the two DW releases I will repay the favor with money and/or records, and a healthy dose of gratitude. I could also try to get you some coachella merch.

The Cinevox box was my main dilemma for RSD - something I'd love to have, but paying that much for 5 x 7" singles seemed rather steep. However, dilemma now solved - none of the record shops near me in the UK have managed to get any.
