Mateo, I know we are embargoing the word "essential" but those Butterfly records are essential!!

Cold water, hang to dry on the t shirt... My yellow Violence! shirt got put in the dryer and is now child sized! It was a pretty ugly banana yellow shirt though. That blue one looks pretty cool.

Mucho mucho want! Although maybe less necessary given the good quality of the easy tempo and Schema reissues. There are a few accounts on IG with really crazy library collections.

@texas - Thanks for the heads-up on the shirt. I remember you talking about the yellow Violence shirt shrinking up in the dryer. 100% Morrocon cotton, and it doesn't look pre-shrunk.

^I still want a copy of the OG! Big bucks.

Those shirts are definitely schmedium.

I gave away a Cometa logo shirt to a smaller sized friend and my violence shirt will stay in the box forever.

Help me out here, guys. Cometa has only reissued one of the three butterfly records, correct? It looks like they have another one coming (the first one?), but it is not out yet. Am I understanding this correctly? Also, has anyone heard the Tower of Power LP yet?

It looks to be sold out on their website, but you should be able to find it on discogs/ebay. The one I posted today was repressed just recently. The Tower of Power LP is worth picking up as well.
Got it, thanks. My understanding is there are three Butterfly LPs and Cometa has done two. I mistakenly thought the one you linked to hadn't come out yet. I really enjoyed Freedom Power so I am looking for an excuse to buy its spiritual successor.

The butterfly lp in the cometa store now is the first time that music has been pressed to vinyl, not a reissue. Similar to the tower of power lp.

So before this release there were two alessandroni lps with butterflies on the cover. There are however numerous other italian libraries adorned with butterflies.

And he did the two monster Brugnolini reissues for Overground and L'uomo dagli occhiali a specchio

Can't wait for that Macchi box I think it ships in the next couple of days.

Sorry, gents, I was typing on my mobile and flipping back and forth from Discogs to STBC on that thing is a no bueno situaish. Deaf and Dollar, you two nailed it. The heretofore unreleased "Butterfly 3" http://www.discogs.com/Alessandro-Aless ... se/7912448 is in stock., the recently reissued "Butterfly 2" http://www.discogs.com/Alessandro-Aless ... se/4802037 is recently out of stoc, and 1968's Alessandro Alessandroni E Il Suo Complesso aka "Butterfly the First" http://www.discogs.com/Alessandro-Aless ... ter/610784 I though had never been reissued, but it appears to have had one in 2005 on Dejavu (IT). In brief, I want these records. Give it.

PS - There is also the 1971 release, Il Tempo Dello Spirito http://www.discogs.com/Alessandro-Aless ... se/5760653 to try and confuse things, but Flirt butterflies don't count as Butterflies.

I am also looking for a copy of E Il Suo Complesso . I have seen a few of the reissues show up on discogs, but I have not pulled the trigger yet.

The deja vu reissue is quality. Good pressing and a nice heavy replica jacket. A bit pricey but the album is le titties.

Freesound 01 - understood
Very unique and slightly odd. Gentle, easy, electronic, jazz.

Tele Music 9 by Janko Nilovic. Music Bazaar

janko's releases on mp2000 are often talked about but this, his only release on telemusic I think, is really great too.

Sweet Janko! He's had a few of his mid-70s Mnotparnasse 2000 LPs reissued recently on the (French, I believe?) label, Underdog. Including the sublime Soul Impressions. Very funky stuff.
